Complaints

We have arrangements for dealing with your enquiries and complaints. If you have a complaint:

  • contact your adviser and discuss your enquiry or complaint with them
  • if you are not satisfied with the result, you may telephone us on 1800 025 063 or
  • it may then be necessary to write to us. We will ordinarily respond to your written enquiry or complaint within 45 days of receipt.

If you are still not satisfied with our response after 90 days, you may wish to refer the matter to the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal, an independent body set up by the Federal Government to review trustee decisions relating to individual members. You can contact the tribunal by telephoning 1300 780 808.
