Dollar cost averaging
Dollar cost averaging allows you to make regular investments from your CMA into your managed investments. Dollar cost averaging for each managed investment occurs once a month or once a quarter, depending on your choice of frequency. Monthly dollar cost averaging must run for at least six months, and quarterly dollar cost averaging must run for at least four quarters. Within these parameters, you decide upon a start and finish date, the amount and the managed investments in which you would like to invest.
A minimum transaction of $250 per month/quarter and $50 per managed investment applies. Dollar cost averaging transactions will occur on or around the 16th of the month (this date may change without prior notice to you).
