Opening your portfolio
To open your portfolio, you are required to complete and sign the application form attached to the IDPS Guide.
When completing the Avenue Investment Service application form, if you have an existing Macquarie Cash Management Account1 (CMA) in the same name as your proposed Avenue Investment Service portfolio, you may elect to link this to your portfolio. If you do not wish to link an existing CMA we will open a new CMA to be the cash hub of your portfolio.
Before completing your application form please read the current CMA Product Information Statement that accompanies the Guide. You do not need to complete a separate application form for the CMA as the Avenue Investment Service application form will open both your Avenue Investment Service portfolio and the CMA.
When you open your portfolio, you will receive details regarding your:
- Avenue Investment Service portfolio
- CMA, and
- online access.
